Wubcraft Store – Terms of Service

1. Binding Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or completing a purchase from the Wubcraft Tebex store, you enter into a legally binding agreement and affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with any purchase.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that:

  • You have obtained express permission from a parent or legal guardian

  • Your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service

  • Your parent or legal guardian accepts full financial responsibility for the purchase

Wubcraft is not responsible for purchases made by minors without parental permission. All such purchases remain non-refundable.

3. Nature of Goods

All products sold are digital virtual goods and services intended for use exclusively on the Wubcraft Minecraft server.

Purchases grant a temporary, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased content. No ownership rights are transferred.

4. Final Sale – No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental or incorrect purchases

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Server downtime, lag, maintenance, resets, or shutdowns

  • Gameplay changes, balance adjustments, or feature removals

  • Rule changes or enforcement actions

  • Punishments, suspensions, or bans (temporary or permanent)

  • Loss of access to an account for any reason

By completing a purchase, you irrevocably waive any right to refunds, reversals, or credits.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Chargebacks, payment reversals, and disputes are strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

  • Immediate revocation of all purchased items and services

  • Permanent ban from the Wubcraft server

  • Permanent ban from all Wubcraft-affiliated stores and services

Wubcraft reserves the right to pursue additional remedies permitted by law in cases of fraudulent disputes.

6. Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery of digital goods is typically automatic but is not guaranteed to be instantaneous.

Wubcraft is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Tebex platform issues

  • Payment processor delays

  • Server outages or maintenance

  • Incorrect or incomplete account information provided by the purchaser

Failure to receive an item due to user error does not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing the correct Minecraft username

  • Ensuring account security

  • Understanding the product description prior to purchase

Purchases made for the wrong account, or due to misunderstanding, will not be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

8. No Immunity from Rules

Purchases do not grant immunity from server rules or moderation actions.

If you are muted, restricted, suspended, or banned:

  • Purchased items may be revoked

  • No compensation will be provided

  • No refunds will be issued

9. Modifications and Availability

Wubcraft reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Modify, rebalance, replace, or discontinue any store item

  • Change product features, commands, or perks

  • Reset or shut down the server or worlds at any time

Such actions do not entitle purchasers to refunds or compensation.

10. Termination of License

Violation of these Terms or server rules may result in immediate termination of your license to use purchased items, without notice or refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wubcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to store purchases or server access.

12. Acceptance and Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that:

  • You understand these Terms of Service

  • You agree to be bound by them

  • You accept that all purchases are final

  • You waive any right to refunds, chargebacks, or disputes
